Why do we collect and process your personal data?
To be able to process either your room booking or dining reservation we may take personal details from you such as name and phone number. We no longer hold credit/debit card details. Our room booking service is completed by a third party application called High Level Software management and they comply with all regulations of the new data protection act.

We may collect your IP address, and details of which version of web browser you used and information on how you use the site, using cookies and page tagging techniques in order to improve the quality of service we provide to you. This is done via a third party company who conform to all current regulations and does not contain any sensitive personal data. We provide a cookies warning when first entering the site but cookies are not used to personally identify you.
Sharing your information
We do not share your information with any other organisations or third parties for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we do not pass on your details to other websites (if you book online then your information is moved through the booking system website) We do not allow any third party websites to use your data.

Updating or changing your preferences
GDPR 2018 is explicit that you must have an opportunity to change your personal preferences in respect of data we may hold (this includes deleting your data). We do not send any email updates such as newsletters or promotions however we may send emails regarding bookings or enquires.
