Customer Guidelines for The Moors Inn

 

  • We will be operating a one-way system where possible. Please enter by the front door. There will be entrance and exit signs.
  • Please wait at the front door for a member of staff to greet you. You will be shown to your table and waiting staff will take your orders for food and drinks and bring them to you.
  • Please leave empty glasses on the tables.
  • Due to the compact size of our toilets we are operating a one-in one-out policy. Whilst waiting we ask the you respect social distancing measures.
  • Please do not attempt to rearrange the tables as they have been carefully positioned to maintain social distancing. You must also stay at your designated table.
  • Card payment (contactless where possible) is preferred but we can still accept cash.
  • Tables indoors are restricted to TWO households only. Please take note of this when booking a table. A maximum number of six persons per table rule applies whether sitting inside or outside.
  • We would advise booking to avoid disappointment we will accept ‘walk in’ where possible.
  • Due to a track and trace system being in operation we do need to take a name and contact number from customers. This is necessary whether visiting the premises for drinking or dining.

Covid19 Measures We Have Taken

 

  • A full Covid 19 Risk assessment has been carried out which is available to view on our website.
  • A coronavirus staff training program has been implemented – please be patient with staff as they are also adapting to this new system.
  • Automatic hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed at all entrances to the buildings and are also located close to the toilet entrances. Please use them.
  • We have a comprehensive coronavirus cleaning policy in place. Please give members of staff the room they need to perform these essential procedures.
  • The building must be kept well-ventilated so doors and windows will be kept open where possible. So maybe pack an extra layer of clothing. We also have heated undercover outdoor seating available.
